Use Masked Aadhaar wherever it is accepted. A watermark copy should not replace your original Aadhaar document.

Steps

  1. Download or scan the safest version of the document. Prefer Masked Aadhaar when accepted.
  2. Open the I Love Watermark PDF tool and upload the file.
  3. Enter the recipient, purpose, date, and time.
  4. Generate the watermarked copy and keep the trace ID.

Placement

The watermark should cross the document but should not hide the name, photo, address, QR code, or last visible digits. Small trace IDs near edges make cropping harder.

What To Avoid

  • Do not share an unmarked full Aadhaar copy unless required.
  • Do not rely on corner-only watermarks.
  • Do not send the original PDF when a sharing copy is enough.
