Why This Exists
People often share Aadhaar, PAN, passport, driving licence, and other documents with businesses they do not fully know. A purpose-specific watermark makes misuse harder and creates a simple trace record for the user.
How It Works
- The document is selected in the browser.
- The user enters the recipient, purpose, date, and time.
- The app creates a watermarked sharing copy with visible text and a short trace ID.
- The trace log is stored in the same browser using local storage.
Privacy Position
The core watermark tool is designed to work without uploading the document to our server. Ads and analytics must be configured so that personal document contents, trace IDs, file names, and watermark text are not sent to advertising systems.
