Is there a limit on file sizes or counts?

Since all processing occurs locally in your browser memory, the limitations depend entirely on your device's hardware (RAM and CPU). There are no artificial file size limits enforced by our website.

Are my merged PDFs stored on a database?

No. We do not operate server-side databases or file-upload backends for any of our utility tools. Your documents exist only in your browser's temporary memory and are deleted once the tab is closed.

Can I combine password-protected PDFs?

No. For security reasons, encrypted or password-restricted PDFs cannot be manipulated by client-side scripts. You must decrypt the files before uploading them for merging.
